The Eye for Education is a program that inspires children to express their visions on how they want to see education grow in their classroom. The need for topics like empowerment, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, giving back and well being can impact  personal growth and real life applications. Times are changing, children are changing, and it's important that we continue to listen to our students expressing themselves on self growth and the need to build confidence for the outside world.

Hi, my name is Bella and I am a senior in high school. Partnering with BBA has taught me so much about myself and my true passion to help educate children. I have done a lot of research in developing my programs to help meet young students educational and psychological needs. My own self growth and confidence has allowed me to take my black and white vision to color. I am excited for you to follow my journey, as I create programs such as Empowerment Art through Kindness, Empower Me First and Learning Financial Literacy through Entrepreneurship to educate students about subjects that they can apply to real life situations.

"As the world keeps evolving so do our educational needs.  I started my journey with a black and white vision on the need for my own self growth and the educational needs for the children I was impacting. My research, connecting with the children, listening and learning through their lenses has forever changed my direction." Bella Mauskopf

"My vision has been colored with a clear direction and my passion to teach children and connect with them has led me to feeling inspired and empowered. These eyes, colored by young students at The Coachman Family Center, depict how they see education and what they feel is important. Be empowered through my colored lenses." Bella Mauskopf

Empower ME First

The well being classes are structured to give students a chance to understand the importance of taking care of "ME" first in order to be there for others.  All classes are focused on nutrition and balancing life to be well adjusted. The worksheet component of the class teaches the children the root of well being starts with self awareness and self growth.

Learning financial literacy through Art History

Students start this class by making paper airplanes as they get ready for their journey into history. They learn about artists from different time periods through interactive games and even get a chance to experience the artists favorite foods. The class transitions into a financial literacy concept that relates to the artist. In the picture, the students were taught that Andy Warhol's dad invested all of his money in Andy's art education. Through this lesson the children learned the importance of investing and the outcome it can have on someone else.

Empowerment Art through Kindness

This class focuses on one of BBA's most important concepts, empowering others to give back. The students have a lesson plan that inspires kindness, respect, self growth and the importance of working together.  All creative projects the kids make are designed for them to give to someone else.  We focus on appreciation, thank you and holiday giving.  Kids feel very empowered because they start to have a sense of belonging.
