Bake Back America is committed to making a positive impact on recipients wellbeing through health and fitness programs. This initiative gives volunteers an opportunity to encourage exercise and nutrition.

Vidhu is a working mom who takes pride in encouraging her family a lifestyle which includes exercise and good nutrition. Her kindness and passion for helping others will impact families lifestyle. Melissa is a nutritionist and the mom of three active boys. She shares her passion for health and wellness with her family, clients and greater community.

INITIATIVES

Yoga

A gentle way to improve posture, balance, and coordination. It is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation.

Classic Cardio

Classic Cardio - a variety of cardio activities to improve cardiovascular endurance. This class is designed to be lower impact, but still effective!

Bootcamp

An interval training class that includes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.

Tabata

High intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last 4 minutes.

Nutrition

Recipient receives guidance on a healthier lifestyle that includes food choices and healthy recipes.
